Foxy Brown in Court Again

According to the New York Daily News, Rasheeda Ellis, who briefly was Brown’s personal assistant, claims that the rapper shortened her pay and threatened her via emails and phone calls. Ellis reportedly filed a complaint a few weeks ago. Brown will still have to appear at a court hearing and trial for the nail salon incident on July 17. right This latest problem for Brown comes after her successful ear surgery to repair total hearing loss from sensorineural damage. Brown told MTV.com that she had been deaf for an entire year, prior to the successful surgery. Brown’s anticipated new album is tentatively slated for a December release on Def Jam.
