Lil' Kim Released From Jail

According to The Associated Press, the Queen Bee walked out of prison wearing sunglasses, carrying a bouquet of white roses and a balloon, as she greeted her loyal fans. Before getting into a silver Rolls Royce, Kim told her fans, “I love you.” right Kim’s original sentence of 366 days was cut short due to her model behavior in prison. The Brooklyn-bred MC served nearly 10 months in prison. Kim was found guilty of perjury, stemming from a 2001 shooting incident outside the New York City-based radio station Hot 97. She began serving her sentence in Sept. 2005. "She has accepted responsibility and handled herself in an exemplary manner," Kim’s attorney, L. Londell McMillan, said in a statement last week. The beloved diminutive rap star must now remain under house arrest for 30 days and will be under supervised release for three years.
