Power 105.1 this morning, Pharrell reminded listeners that despite his super producing prowess as part of the
Neptunes, he’s not a big superstar solo artist yet and is still with
N.E.R.D.

BET’s 106 & Park today, on the
Tonight Show with
Jay Leno on Wednesday (July 26) and on

While other MCs in Houston may opt to include material items in their rhymes, Trae told
Vibe.com in June that he prefers speaking about the angst he feels on the streets.
“There’s nothing wrong with rhyming about material things you have. I just choose to talk about the streets,” Trae said.
