T.I. and his business partner Jason Geter, who launched the film division of their Grand Hustle Entertainment, sold the script For Sale, which is set at an Atlanta used-car lot. T.I. may even play one of the car salesmen in the film. The self-proclaimed King of The South made his acting debut earlier this year in ATL, which was loosely based on the lives of producer Dallas Austin and TLC’s Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins as young adults growing up in Atlanta. right In the film, Tip played Rashad, a 17-year-old that’s forced to be the man of his household. The film also starred OutKast’s Big Boi and Lauren London. Since hitting theaters in March, ATL has grossed approximately $21 million. Fans can now take T.I. home, as ATL recently became available on DVD.
