Young Dro's Shoulder Lean is No. 1
Fans have made Young Dro’s smash single, “Shoulder Lean” the No. 1 song on the Billboard Urban Monitor chart.
right In addition to hitting No. 1 on the Billboard chart, “Shoulder Lean” also landed the top spot on last week’s BET’s 106 & Park countdown.
The initial success for Dro is huge considering his Grand Hustle/Atlantic debut album, the Best Thang Smokin’, is still more than a month away, with an Aug. 29 release date. Dro’s debut features labelmate T.I., Slim Thug and Xtaci with production by Jazze Pha, Chad West and Grand Hustle’s own Khao and Lil C.
The Bankhead Court, Atlanta native’s ringtone for “Shoulder Lean” has already sold more than $500,000 units and is currently Warner Music Group’s best selling mastertone.
