Pussycat Dolls Concert Organizers Sued

According to authorities, the Council failed to send officers to monitor the set, giving the Dolls little reason to amend their performances. The girl-group, famed for their cabaret-meets-pop routines, visited the nation as part of their global tour. "I believe the way the Pussycat Dolls behaved on stage amounted to gross indecency," said Malaysia's Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Rais Yatim to local media. "The Pussycat Dolls reportedly put on a show which not only featured scantily-dressed performers but also included sensuous elements.” Known for cloaking raunchy Western artists in modesty, 2003 commenced with authorities of the Southeast Asian region warning the Grammy-winning metal band Linkin Park to not wear shorts--or scream.
