DMX in $2 Million Lawsuit
right Following an interview in Sister 2 Sister Magazine, in which the Yonkers, NY rapper alleged Monique Wayne of Prince George's County, Md., raped and stalked him, Wayne filed a $2 million defamation lawsuit on Thursday, Oct 12.
"She raped me," DMX said in the Sister October 2006 issue. "I mean, you know, that might sound like some bullshit, No man has ever been. You know what I mean, like never? Is that the only thing in the world that's not possible?"
Wayne is asking for $1 million in compensatory damages and $1 million in punitive damages, plus attorney's fess, interest, and costs.
