Foxy, aka Inga Marchand, who was due in court yesterday to be sentenced by Judge Melissa Jackson on an assault charge - but was planning to ask for permission to withdraw her guilty plea - sent her new lawyer, Frank Rothman, to excuse her and make her apologies, claiming she recently had a dental visit that left her with several teeth pulled. right When Rothman told Jackson his client couldn't show and the reasoning behind it, the judge rejected both the excuse and Brown's bid to rescind the plea she entered in August. "I don't believe she is incapable of being here," the judge said, noting that Brown had failed to appear in the past. The judge said that if Brown doesn't show up on time, she'll pull the plug on the plea deal and send Brown to prison for a year, which was the second time Jackson had threatened to jail the rapstress. In August, the judge issued a warrant for Brown's arrest after a hurricane stranded the Brooklynite in the Bahamas. The court case stems from a 2004 incident in which Brown allegedly kicked one Chelsea manicurist and smacked another after arguing over the bill for a manicure and pedicure.
