Yung Joc Talks Next Single, Next Album, and Praying Before Performing

With two number one singles under his belt ("It's Goin Down" and "I Know You See It"), the Atlanta native, who just recently celebrated his 24th birthday, shows utter gratitude to both his fans and his label backing. "I don’t know what it felt like before. So just to say I’m a part of the movement and also Block Entertainment and Bad Boy South, it’s definitely a blessing," said Yung Joc during and exclusive Vibe.com interview. right "I have to continue to work hard to maintain my position," he added. "To have two number one records in one year, it’s a good feeling and everybody don’t get a chance to experience that or to even have their career jump off as fast as mine did." Joc, who's currently working on his follow-up album, Hustlenomics, which is slated to drop during the first quarter of next year, says he doesn't allow fame to get to his head. "If I have to sit and sign a thousand autographs I am going to do that," said Joc. And though he's in the lab putting the final touches on his sophomore release, Joc's simultaneously readying to drop the third single off New Joc City, titled "First Time," featuring Marques Houston and Trey Songz. "With 'It’s Goin Down' – I took everybody to the club. With 'I Know You See' – I gave the men and women something to do while they were in the club; with First Time – Its time to leave the club to go home to give you something else to do."
