Good stuff Lorna. I personally think he knows good and well what he's doing and it just stinks that so many kids imitate it without even knowing. *sigh* It isn't all just Jay's fault.

Its not look brother G. Craig lewis is making this up. He is only talking about things that are happening out in public. No one is trying to say anything because they are more worried about the money than souls. And the only reason why anyone would go against what God is leading him to do is because you dont want to give up the world. You rather believe a lie than the truth. You dont need hip hop to reach the world. That is such a lie. Im 22 years old and I dont need my pastor coming out talking slang, wearing street clothes and acting hip hop to reach me. When being saved you wont desire the same things. 1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. Your only defending these secular artist because you love the world too much to give up the very thing that is destroying us. Im going to pray that you let the God and the truth in your life.

I've checked out this dude website and background and people choose to follow this man who preach hate against people who are lost. This is totally against what christ died for. 1st of off everybody claim they have the solution to the problem we must 1st understand this everybody won't be reached the same this same argument is the samething that Paul rebuked Peter about (Galatians 2:11-14) for all you bible readers where's the love Craige Lewis has fallen short. How can you tell somebody else how to get save when we ourselves have to repent daily if you listen Craige Lewis message (www.exministries.com) theres no love there all he talks about is condeming people of the world when Jesus said "I didn't come to condem". We can't judge people saying they are going to hell because they can be on there death bed and accept Christ into there heart and they are saved we as men and women of GOD are suppose to be the light to the world. Even Jesus rebuked the church but he showed passion to those that we sinners to say hip-hop was created by the devil is someone with a personal view so biblically educated but spiritually dumb satan don't have the power to create anything but a lie and the word of GOD will tell you that. The only thing he can do is take something GOD created and spoil it but don't think GOD don't have a backup plan see christian hip-hop, christian poetry, christian art paintings etc is just used to reach people so on the day of judgment we won't have any excuse because the lord has placed his word in every form. Again we seem to forget that the gospel must be preached through out the world then the end will come Craige Lewis says tht his whole job is to "keep hip-hop out the church" but he's not concerned with your soul or anybody else soul so I ask each of you to examine yourselves lets stop trying to change people and point them to Jesus he will do all the changing. Also John 3:16 "GOD so loved the world that he sent his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life and also Jesus called Peter to minister to the jews but on his way ministering to the jews he ministered to the gentiles and Jesus called Paul to minister to the gentiles but on his way ministering to the gentiles he ministered to the jews so if any Holy Hip-Hop artist reads this let GOD allow Craige Lewis to kick against the pricks because the church isn't our primary area anyway we have work to do. We don't need to focus on this lets continue to teach people we are saved by our faith in christ and not what clothes you wear because people where suits in church every sunday and they are the biggest devils even the ones in the pulpit. To all the artist we need the word because music can't defeat this spiritual battle please read your word because the time is coming when you'll be tested and just like Jesus we will have to use it against the devil because he's going to tempt you to anger and try your faith.

listern, I hear what C.G.Craig is saying but in saying that i feel he's missed the mark! Why judge our brother in bondage..is it our place? is it not true that one who is in darkness needs deliverance to see the light! by condemning our brother who knows not what he does are we bringing him closer or further away from God? Life and death is in the power of the tongue...lets watch what we say and the way in which we say it. Seriously. The greatest lie the devil has sold man is that he does not exist! It is not shawn carter we should be condemning but the adversity. come on zion let us not speak down on our brother but bring awareness with a compassionate heart. Remember the principles of spiritual warfare (love).
