Vibe Vixen Winter Issue Out On Stands

I just paid 11.95 last month for a two year prescription of vibe. Why am i recieving a damn bill for 11.95 agin!?? I have been a subscriber to Vibe and now Vibe Vixen(#vxe0006019178). My issues are always late the only way I know a new one has came out is becasue I see it on the newstand. That was the purpose to getting a subscription so I could have it at cheaper price and before the newstands. This is the last time I notify someone of this it has not been taken care of I continue to receive my issues of Vibe and Vibe Vixen extremely late or not at all as the case is now. I believe I have one more year left and I will not resubcribe. Please send my remaining issues on time. The new Vibe Vixen with Kelis on the front has not been received yet.
