Foxy Brown Summoned For Violating Probation
Brown, who was sentenced in October to three years probation after pleading guilty to misdeameanor assault charges in August, was accused of failing to keep appointments with probation officers, appear for anger management classes and submit to drug tests.
Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, "is flouting the court-ordered conditions of her probation," said Shawnda Weinberg, a lawyer for the city Department of Probation who is suggesting Brown be sent to jail. "She's asked for special treatment. She's told us, `I'm not like them (others on probation).'"
On August 29, 2004, Brown, 26, was accussed of kicking a nail salon employee and smacking another in the face in an argument over payment for a manicure at Bloomie Nails.
Judge Melissa C. Jackson, the judge who sentenced Brown in October, warned her to comply with the terms of her sentence or face going to jail. The judge would not let Brown speak, telling her to wait until her next court appearance when her lawyer is present.
Outside court, Brown said, "I have never violated probation," and said she had submitted to drug tests "and they came back clean, negative, perfect."
The rapper also said the accusation about her requesting special treatment resulted from her reluctance to sit in a downtown Brooklyn probation office for three hours "with all kind of criminals."
"My safety was in jeopardy," Brown said. ... "This is happening to me because I'm Foxy Brown."

Foxy Brown needs to sit down and think about her life. She hasn't done anything to change her image, her life, and obviously well being if she claims her life was in danger. (dummy) Anyway she thinks cause she got a couple of dollars that makes her special F&*^ her and her little punk ass attitude if I'm not mistaken didn't she get her ass whooped down in Florida a little while ago. You'd think that would have settled her dumb ass down, but when you ride with da devil you will die by the devil. Something or someone will settle her down in due time. And then maybe we'll see if we can accept her back into the hip hop community. She fell off, and seems like she can't get back on.

SAYS WHO while she doing all these foolish acts shes allowing those who put the black community down more amunition to do so why dont she take all this negative energey and go help some kids in the urban community read a dam book or teach them about the desease or hearing loss she had so they to can be aware of this RARE hearing loss. i find her to really be a misled soul still finding herself in all the wrong places may peace be with her and she will one day wake the hell up .
