Ashanti Reps Dismiss Engagement Rumors
"Contrary to current rumor and gossip on websites and other media, Ashanti is not engaged," said a rep for Huff Entertainment.
The two entertainers have been rumored to be a couple since November 2003. Contactmusic.com even says that during an interview with Samuel L. Jackson that took place early December 2004, the actor admitted that during filming for the movie Coach Carter, in which the Inc.'s firs lady starred, the durrty durrty rapper visited the set plenty of times to bring the songstress organic vegetarian meals.

I think that if they are not engaged by now they will not get married. I know for a fact that people can go together for too long and they end up breaking up. They have been connected since Nov.03 and it's Jan.07. That is more tan enough time for a couple to get to know one another. If in all this time they have not decided to make it permanit,chances are they will never do it. I do like both of them but my advice is to stop playing house and getr married.
