Lil' Wayne Sued for Missing Concert
Nunoise Entertainment and Jahfari Promotions, both Tampa Bay area firms, filed the lawsuit Friday in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court. The lawsuit claims Lil' Wayne was under contract to perform at a Tampa nightclub on Oct. 29.
According to the lawsuit, Lil' Wayne returned a $15,000 deposit - but the promoters are seeking another $45,000 for his canceling of the show, which they claim would have generated over $200,000 in profits.
