What happened was my [14-year-old] son was walking to his father's office with his father's shirt [which had the Czar Entertainment logo on it] on Tuesday afternoon. And as he was walking, Tony Yayo, along with three other men, approached him and assaulted him. In what way was your son assaulted?
They pushed him and they smacked a 14-year-old boy in the face. Tony Yayo backed-hand slapped him in the face. This is what my son told me, as well as a witness. Soon, as the witness yelled out, "What are you doing?" my son broke away and ran from them. He went straight to the office. There were reports that 50 Cent was in the vicinity when the assault happened. Is this true?
I can't say, but he was seen. Could you give us the name of the witness?
I can't give you that information. Was Jimmy at the office?
I'm not sure. We just made sure we called an attorney, took him to a doctor and went to the police station. I can't say what legal action we are going to take, but we are going to take some action because this is disgusting. I'm totally disgusted. What type of spirits is the boy's father [Jimmy 'Henchman' Rosemond] in?
What would any child’s father's spirit be in: not good. He's disappointed and disgusted. This is an innocent person. It could be any child wearing any record label's shirt for marketing purposes and they are going to be a target? My son is in fear of his life now. He didn't know why these people were approaching him. He loves hip hop and somebody in hip hop assaults him. He's disappointed. The people and the record labels need to scrutinize who they decide to sign to their label. Whatever artists that is on their label and does something like this, they need to drop them from the label. Immediately. Because if they don't, they are condoning it.
