Vivica A. Fox Arrested for Alleged DUI

The actress was pulled over and arrested after her breathalyzer exceeded the legal limit.

Vivica A. Fox was pulled over by Hollywood cops for speeding Tuesday night and taken into the station after she failed a breathalyzer. Driving her Cadillac SRX, Fox passed a California Highway Patrol car doing 80 in a 65-mph zone at about 11 pm Tuesday. When CHiP Leland Tang pulled her over, the 42-year-old Kill Bill star failed a field sobriety test and was taken in for a breathalyzer and questioning. Her blood alcohol was found to be over .08, the legal limit; she was cited and released.
