Suit alleges Rampart scandal officers connected to Big's death.

Members of Biggie's family have filed another lawsuit alleging that former LAPD Officers Raphael Perez and Nino Durden were connected to his 1997 murder. The suit - filed Monday by Voletta Wallace, his two children T'yanna and Christopher Junior, and former wife Faith Evans - also names the city of Los Angeles, alleging the city covered up knowledge about the officers' involvement to avoid liability in just such a lawsuit. The suit alleges that Perez conspired with former officer David Mack to murder Big, and that Durden was Perez's partner when the murder occurred. It claims that Perez "has made specific statements that he, together with David Mack, conspired to murder and participated in the murder of Christopher Wallace." The suit also alleges that Perez was working as a "covert agent" for Death Row Records. The court documents, first obtained by TMZ.com, are viewable here.
