Scott E. Leemon, Tony Yayo's lawyer, is expected to address rumors that Tony Yayo's mother's house was shot at last night in Queens later this afternoon. When asked if the rumors were true early Thursda, Leemon told VIBE, "We are not ready to comment just yet, but we will be." When contacted later in the afternoon, Leemon told VIBE he had "no comment."
The G-Unit rapper is scheduled to stand trial on April 25 for allegedly assaulting the 14-year-old son of Jimmy "Henchmen" Rosemond, CEO of Czar Entertainment. When contacted, a spokesperson for Rosemond told VIBE he was out of the office, and they had no comment.
