Singer Amy Winehouse is no stranger to public attention. Besides having a soulful voice fit for a finger-waving blues star, the singer is also known for a rapid weight loss, hot debut album [Back to Black], and questionable mental stability. Now, Winehouse, who wed her longtime boyfriend Blake Fielder-Civil in May, has found herself in another alleged loophole: battery.
According to the Daily Mail, the 23-year-old singer was found leaving a London hotel in the wee hours of the morning, covered in bandages and bruises, with blood-stained shoes, and a bloody knee. Fielder-Civil was also injured, showing claw-like scars on his upper-body.
The superstar reportedly texted celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, denying her husband was the reason for her battered body. "I was cutting myself after he found me in our room about to do drugs with a call girl and rightly said I wasn't good enough for him," Winehouse, who has been in
and out of rehab for heroin and crack, said. "I lost it and he saved my life."
Winehouse also told Hilton: "Blake is the best man in the world. We would never ever harm each other."
But guests at London's Sanderson hotel didn't hear much "saving." Hotel guests reported hearing "clattering" furniture and fighting. They also reported seeing Winehouse sprinting through the hotel's corridor in tears, with a bloodied Blake pursuing her. Winehouse, who has been rumored to have a history of self-harm, then ran into the middle of the
street, a hotel guest told the Daily Mail.
The couple checked into the Essex rehab center earlier this month.

I like Amy, but I didn't know that she do hard drugs like that at a young age. I guess everyone goes threw a little something in they life time. I adore her music she rocks... But I just want her to say NO! NO! NO! to that crack and herion she to pretty for that.......
