The hottest black chicks are always half-white, but they publicly identify with their black side, because it's "cooler", and it will help sell more records. Half black people prefer to be identified as black, when they ought to be just as proud of their white half. And, it's almost always their white half which gives them their good looks. For example - Lenny Kravitz, Bob Marley, Halle Berry, Lisa Bonet, and Alicia Keys. They're all molottos, and their good looks all come from their white halves. The first time I ever saw Alicia Keys, I immediately thought that she had to be half white, because she was too pretty to be all black. Of course, There are exceptions; Whitney Houston, Eve and Beyonce are all black, and are all very pretty. But they are pretty because they have white features - small nose, thin lips, etc. Typical African features just aren't attractive, and thats not racist. I mean, typical black features are large noses, big lips, and big asses. When was the last time you hoped to find a girl or a guy with those features ?

i feel like this song is a very big inspiration to staying true to self and really knowing who the important people in youre life are.
My best friend diana and i were in a.c the first time we heard this song on the way home form an awesome weekend, and we automatically with out even hearing lyrics bonded on the first note. it was very magical The song is every comforting, and when your in trouble and you need that best friend to lift you up turning on his tune give you that same hug in your ears.....love alicia keys she is truely gifted .

Of course, everybody is entitled to their opinions. However, you found it necessary to compare her to an R&B chick who's already at the top of her game. AK is cool,and very talented, but she couldnt' even on a good day give the performances that Beyonce does. Check out the Beyonce Experience DVD when it comes out. PHENOMENAL!! Now, that's MY opinion.
