R.-in-R&B Kelly is no longer going to trial on his previously scheduled September 17 court date, much to the surprise of... virtually no one. Kellz's child pornography trial has been pushed back numerous times since the charges were brought against him five years ago, for a variety of reasons ranging from defense team pretrial tactics to freak medical accidents.
In yet another serendipitous development, today the Chicago Sun-Times reported that lead prosecutor Shauna Boliker, who just had her third child, would not to return to work before the presently-set trial date. A court statement read, "Under doctor's orders the lead prosecutor, who has recently given birth, is not able to proceed at this time. "
This is the third strange medical mishap to have delayed Kellz's trial. The first occurred this winter, when Kelly had to undergo emergency surgery on his appendix. The second delay came when Judge Vincent Michael Gaughan fell off a ladder, fracturing his back.
A new trial date has not been set at this time.

The statue of limitation should run out soon, and you all still want to take this man to trail, if it take that long to get a trail date, maybe someone don't have enough evidence to go forward, and feel the need to stall.
