Before embarking on a worldwide tour with the Spice Girls, the
statuesque performer Scary Spice has one stop to make: the courtroom.
According to the Daily Mirror, Scary Spice - real name: Melanie Brown -
is taking her caked up baby's father, Eddie Murphy, to court to see how
much he plans to pay in child support for their seven-month-old daughter
Angel Iris.
The comedian underwent a DNA test in November, and vowed outside the
clinic he would "do the right thing" if baby Angel was found out to be
his. But according to the Mirror, a friend of Mel B claims, "Eddie
refuses to see Angel."
Before paternity purgatory, Murphy vehemently denied in the press that
Angel Iris was his child. Now Mel B is requiring the actor to put his
money where his mouth is.
Murphy has five other children from a previous relationship and is now
dating Tracey Edmonds. Mel B is currently married to Stephen Belafonte.
The two are expected to meet in court in Los Angeles, Nov. 14, a day
before the Spice Girls' world tour.

I think Mel B should go after Eddie Murphy for child support because he's the father and he doesnt want to take responsibility. He knows he is the father and he still doesnt want to support her and the baby she should go through the legal system. No matter how much money a person makes, if one spouse doesnt want to support the other finically, the spouse should go through the legal system to make sure the child is finically stable and will have security.
