Ruben Studdard has seen better days. After being dropped from J Records
last year, the hefty crooner is now suing a concert promoter for alleged
breach of contract. Studdard alleges that Peachez Inc., a Dallas-based
company, owes him money, TMZ reports, and he is is suing the marketing
company for $45,000. The American Idol alumnus was dropped from J
Records for lackluster sales of his third album, The Return.
