A month after their secret wedding, details about Jay-Z and Beyoncé ‘s prenuptial agreement have surfaced via the National Enquirer.
The Enquirer alleges the couple has signed an agreement stating that if the marriage ends within two years, Jay would have to give Beyoncé several million dollars upfront and an additional million for each year she remains in the marriage, for up to fifteen years.
Speculation about a possible pregnancy could be fueled by the fact that the agreement also includes a multi million dollar award (to make up for loss of income during motherhood) for each child the singer bears to the rapper.
The agreement also allows the songstress access to her husband’s private jet, copious amount of cars, and other luxuries.
Details of the agreement come as Jay-Z has finalized a 15-year agreement deal with the events company Live Nation. The company promotes and produces concerts for artists like Madonna and U2.
Jay-Z and Beyoncé wed officially on April 4 at Jay’s Manhattan apartment.
Here are some highlights of the couple’s new financial situation
$150,000,000: Guap Jay-Z is due to receive from his Live Nation contract, along with 775 thousand of the company’s shares.
$83,000,000: The amount of dough Jay-Z reportedly could put in his pocket in 2007 alone according to Forbes.
$36.000,000: Approximate price of a jet like the one Jay-Z owns, which Beyoncé can now take trips on whenever she likes.
$27,000,000: The amount of cheese Beyoncé reportedly put in her purse in 2007 alone according to Forbes.
$25,000,000: The total possible amount Bey could earn if Jay-Z don’t know how to act.
$10,000,000: What Beyoncé receives upfront in the event of the couple’s separation.
$5,000,000: The amount Beyoncé receives from her husband for each seed they have.
$1,000,000: The net worth of Jay-Z’s 1959 Rolls Royce convertible, which Beyoncé, as his wife, now has access to.

And also, you guys say that the people know about it anyway. Since that IS true, what else do you want for them to say?? You see the ring. You see them together. You've seen the wedding photos. Why do you need for them to "ok" it for it to be true for you?? They're letting the actions speak. They dont' have to make a live statement on CNN for their love to be true...why does it irk you so much? It shouldn't...you see it just like I do. So what else is it for them to say???

This is all according to the Enquirer, so if it IS true, I'm glad Bey did this. Many times when men and women marry in the industry, it is less likely to work out because both of them come with ALOT of individual strains. I hope and pray that Bey and Jay are together forever, but it's good to be on the safe side and back yourself up for when hard times may strike. If this is true, Beyonce is a strong women.Smart. And in response to someone else's comment, I don't believe that they are being "secretive" about their relationship. I just believe they are maintaining a relationship that is strictly "their" business. I understand that. You would not like it if every single minute of the day your fans and other people wanted to know "You are your man's relationship 101". They have to live a life and I believe that keeping their relationship private is a smart thing. Think of all of their entertainers and moguls who have taken a different route and allowed their entire relationship to be revealed on every magazine cover in the U.S. and other parts of the world. We've heard about EVERYTHING that goes on in their relationships ALL the way down to the break-ups and the aftermath. I believe that maintaining a relationship that is strictly theirs is a smart thing to do. After all, it's been a factor in keeping them together for 6 years. I hope they continue on for 60 more. Now if they warned him and let him know it was not in his best interest to sign a document giving up his human right to have a child without having to pay 5M. They should quit.

if she wants to make him pay to have kids she is a disgrace....how can you charge your husband per child b/c of the income you'll lose during motherhood? thats what you're focused on?...not being a mother or bringing a new life into this world?...but, your income!?! motherhood should be the most rewarding & PRICELESS experience a woman could be blessed enough to enjoy!...just proves her & her family are in it for the money.

Doubt this is true...
but If Jay-Z agreed to pay Beyonce 5 million to "just" have his child she has become possibly the highest paid surrogate mother.
Married couples who can't have children elect to pay someone to have theirs and pay maybe 30K, Beyonce marries the person paying her 5M to have theirs.
