Jay-Z shows usually run 3-figures. Some even stretch into the thousands. But this weekend, Jay will be performing for free: all in the name of voter registration.
The rapper has launched the “Operation Registration” tour in support of Barack Obama. His first show will be held Friday at Detroit’s Cobo Arena, and the second will be Sunday at an undisclosed Miami venue. Tickets for the Detroit show will be available through the city’s Campaign for Change offices today at 3 p.m. Tickets for the Miami show will be available through Campaign for Change tomorrow at 10 a.m.
