Alexis Miller has decided not to get a restraining order against Shaquille O’Neal after allegations he stalked and terrorized her.
Miller, a 23-year-old Atlanta hip hop artist who goes by the name “Maryjane,” also accused the athlete of vulgar text messages and claimed he would call her and breathe “heavily into the phone before hanging up.” Miller and O’Neal were previously in a relationship, but Miller told a Fulton County judge in Atlanta, she broke it off. O’Neal has denied all charges.
In August, Miller requested a restraining order against O’Neal, which stated he would have to stay 200-yards away from her and her 19-month-old son.
According to TMZ, Miller has now decided to pull her request for the restraining order— and a court hearing between O’Neal and Miller was called off today.
