Ask Scott Storch and Damon Dash: the recession boogeyman is on the prowl. Most recently, it paid a visit to Fantasia Barrino, who has lost one of her homes and is accused of defaulting on a loan intended to pay back taxes.
According to New York Post, one of the singer’s homes in North Carolina will be put up for auction. The six-bedroom, $1.3 million stucco mansion is set to be auctioned off January 12.
The singer has also took out a $58,000 loan to pay her taxes, but defaulted.
