So how bad was the alleged injuries pop star Rihanna suffered during her alleged fight with boyfriend Chris Brown?
According to law enforcement sources, severe. For one, the alleged contusions reportedly swelled up on her head, making her "look like an MMA fighter or something ... [It] looked like she was growing devil's horns” a source told TMZ.
It has also been reported that the pop star suffered a bloody nose and lip. The report of the singer having bite marks has yet to be substantiated.
The victim allegedly identified Brown as her attacker. "Rihanna is well," the singer’s publicist said in a written statement released Sunday. "Thank you for concern and support."
Brown was booked for making criminal threats, which is reportedly punishable by up to nine years in prison, while domestic abuse carries four years. He posted $50,000 bail Sunday night and is set to appear in court March 5.
