T.I. … You Have Eleven Days to Hit the Pen
Rap star T.I. has been publicly enjoying all his free time lately. Go on any blog site, and you’ll catch him at basketball games, or performing at your favorite venue. But apparently, T.I.- who was indicted on federal weapons charges- has warmed out his welcome, and the time is nigh for him to break out the county blues. By May 26, he must report to a low security prison in Forrest City, Arkansas. Link
T-Pain Welcomes Baby Boy
T-Pain has cancelled an appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (where he was going to do his “I’m On a Boat with T-Pain” skit) to be with his wife Amber, who gave birth to a baby boy Tuesday night. This is the couple’s third child. Link
Chris Rock’s Good Hair Doc Set to Hit Theaters
On the heels of the recent controversial Tyra Banks episode about “good” and “bad” hair, Chris Rock’s HBO documentary Good Hair has finally accrued rights to hit theaters nationwide this year. The documentary explores African-American’s love/hate obsession with hair. It stars Chris Rock, and Ice-T, Nia Long, Raven Symone, Maya Angelou, and he Rev. Al Sharpton. Link
