Chris Brown Cops a Plea
Chris Brown won’t be going to jail anytime soon…unless his violates probation. Brown pled guilty to felony assault and has been ordered to do 180 days of community service labor in Virginia and five years supervised probation. He must also report to the court every three months and stay 50 yards away from Rihanna at all times unless at a public event, where he only has to stay 10 yards for the next five years. Brown was charged with assault and making criminal threats back in February, following an altercation with Rihanna following a Grammy Award pre-party. Link
Beyoncé Faces Million Dollar Lawsuit
A New York City club owner wants to sue the socks off Beyoncé over an alleged canceled show, and Beyoncé’s team is clapping back. According to the New York Post, Beyoncé was scheduled to perform at M2 for $200,000 but instead just made an hour “appearance.” The owner claims Beyoncé’s people said “they were too busy with the launching of the tour and that they wouldn't have time to do the kickoff party.” He’s now planning to sue Bey for a milli. Meanwhile, Beyoncé’s team is denying to his claims. Link
Perez Hilton Called will.i.am a “Faggot”?!
Things seem to have gotten really, really ugly last night at an afterparty for the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto. Blogger Perez Hilton allegedly got into an altercation with will.i.am’s camp, and turns out, the scuffle was videotaped. In the video, Hilton is heard calling will.i.am a “faggot.” Hmmm... Earlier, Hilton posted on his Twitter page: "I was assaulted by will.i.am of The Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke. "Though information on what actually happened that night is unknown, will.i.am released a video on his blog stating that he didn’t touch the dude. Perez responded with his own blog, called will.i.am a “coward and a disgusting human being for lying." The Black Eyed Peas manager, Polo Molina, is currently being investigated for the alleged assault. Link
