Suge Knight Receives Cease And Desist Notice
Suge, Suge, Suge. Mr. Knight has gotten into some more mess (shouldn’t there be a quota for drama?), regarding one of his newest creations: Black Ball Records. According TMZ, Knight has been using the name since 2008 for his newest label, post Tha Row, and another record label with the same name isn’t too happy. Instead of accepting a settlement, Knight’s people say, they want Suge to go back to the drawing board and come up with something original. Link

Who said rappers only dropped clothing lines and pretended to act? Styles P is breaking the mold by penning his first fiction novel, under Nicki Turner Presents/Random House. The book will be called Mr. Invincible. Link
Eminem and Jay-Z Shares Stage
There was a whole lot of money onstage at Monday night’s “DJ Hero” launch. According to MTV, Jay-Z and Eminem joined forces for a historic performance of “Renegade” at the release party for the popular game. The audience included stars like Leonardo DiCaprio, and Tyrese. Link
