R. Kelly Teams Up With Skee and Drama For Mixtape
R. Kelly is once again on his “grown and relevant.” The R&B star is readying to drop a mixtape where he’s remixed The-Dream and Drake. One of the remixes was of Keri Hilson’s “Turning Me On.” Kellz has called in DJ Drama and DJ Skee to throw the thing together. The album is yet to be titled, but according to Skee, “He was originally gonna call it The Remix Killa." Link
DMX Headed Back to His Home: Prison
DMX just can’t seem to catch a break. The former rap star is only 8 days out the slammer, and he’s already headed back to court to be sentenced for attempted aggravated assault stemming from a February incident. The rapper has pled guilty in May, and must appear in court to be sentenced on Monday. Link
Flesh-n-Bone Got His “Get Out of Jail Free” Card
Prosecutors have dropped charges against Stanley “Flesh-n-Bone” Howse, making him a free man today. The rapper was charged with parole violation, which came on the heels of him being convicted of gun and marijuana possession in April. Link
