Max B …Guilty
Rapper Charly “Max B” Wingate, has been found guilty of felony murder conspiracy charges following a 2006 robbery at a New Jersey Holiday Inn. Max B was accused of planning the armed robbery that ended with a man murdered. The bulk of the case against Max was based upon testimony from his ex-girlfriend Gina Conway. Conway, who also faced life, originally agreed to testify against her alleged co-conspirators for a reduced sentence of 18 years for manslaughter and armed robbery. Max B, who is set to be sentenced July 31, faces life in prison. Link
