The world has lost a music legend: James Brown, "The Godfather of Soul," is dead at the age of 73. The Associated Press reports that Brown died early Christmas morning at 1:45 a.m. at Emory Crawford Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Musicians worldwide lamented the loss of a legend and a giant. "James presented obviously the best grooves," rapper Chuck D of Public Enemy told The Associated Press. "To this day, there has been no one near as funky. No one's coming even close." ...
