VIBE: My first question is, what do you wish was different about the American Government? Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley: Oh, The New Orleans event. They should have gotten more national support. Are there any songs you wish you had written or produced this year? Yea, ummm. The one, “I’m going to rise on top”… “Hate it or Love it.” Oh, Hate it or Love it, by The Game and 50 Cent?

Were there any songs you wish you'd heard the remix to this year?

“Welcome to Jamrock”. I would really like to have a remix of that.

Who would you like to have on that remix with you?

Jay-Z probably.

Are there any celebrities you wish you’d met this year?

Oh, Sade. Yeah, I respect her music skill. left Is there any celebrity or producer that you wish you could have worked with? Kanye West. I would love to do something with him and I would love to do something with DJ Premiere. Kanye’s more than obvious, but for those who don’t know the work of DJ Premiere, could you explain why you would want to do something with him? I like his songs, mon. I like his beats too. What’s the one thing or one person that made the biggest impact on your life this year? The public, the fans, you know what I mean? They support me. They actually supported my career this year, which was a really big year for me. So, there is no one person because I have everyone who is out there. What artist were you hoping would have a come-back this year?

Supercat. Supercat? Ok.. Oh, you know what was my song back in the day? That joint with Supercat and Heavy D. That song was hot!

Yeah (laughs) Talking about hot songs, which song aside from “Welcome to Jamrock,” do you wish got radio play this year?
