The second album from singing/dancing/acting sensation Chris Brown, who turns 18 this May 5, is scheduled to drop in September on Jive. Tenatively titled Exclusive, Brown has recorded over 60 songs for the record, according to representatives from his label, and has just begun the culling process. Rumored tracks include:

"Heart and Brain" (prod by Underdogs)
Brown is nowhere near finished with the album - he's still scheduled to hit the studio with Pharrell, Timbaland and Justin Timberlake, before he goes in for another track with will.i.am (not to mention his rumored appearance on Michael Jackson's comeback album). But first, he's headed to Australia to open for Beyonce's "Beyonce Experience" tour, beginning April 21. And if you were one of the fans in the movie theaters who screamed every time his face came onscreen during Stomp the Yard, fear not: you'll have many more chances to exercise those pipes. This year, he'll star in the uplifting dance movie After School, and the heartwarming holiday flick This Christmas. He's also scheduled to portray a high school basketball star in Phenom - should be no departure from the man's own well-documented court skills. Commence shrieking.
