BEYONCE: No, no [laughs]. No thank you. I don't need that drama. But whether she checks on it or not, the internet will keep chatting about her. And when you're as super-famous, super-rich and super-glamorous as Beyoncé Gisele Knowles, there's only one way for the gossip to go: down, down, down into the nastiest depths of the rumor gutter. In honor of B'Month - VIBE.com's month-long celebration of all things Beyoncé - here are the ugliest, juiciest and most widely-accepted-as-fact internet rumors about Ms. B. 1. BEY IS JAY'S MAIN WOMAN. BUT HER MAN HAS A SIDELINE CHICK - WHOSE NAME STARTS WITH "RIHANNA."
The rumor that Jay-Z is checking on Rihanna dominated celeb gossip sites for the better part of 2006 - and when Bey began releasing the videos for B'Day - particularly the irate and amazing Fatal Attraction spoof "Ring the Alarm" - the rumor seemed that much realer. Even alleged Jay ex Foxy Brown was supposedly on the gossip. 2. MS. KNOWLES IS A MIND-BREAKING 32 YEARS OLD.
According to her album, her publicist, and Beyoncé herself, ole girl turned 25 last year, officially placing her in the nascent stages of true adulthood. But some folks aren't buying all that business about her B'Day. Some people, in fact, think she's older than Mathuseleh (in pop star years, anyway), speculating that she is, in fact, an ungodly 32. As if to substantiate that claim, here is the alleged document which allegedly states her birth year at an alleged 1974. ALLEGEDLY. But like Jay said, 30 is the new 20. And anyway, this rumor was later discounted. But the great thing about the internet is that nothing dies here. Just like in heaven. 3. BEYONCEMANIA = BEYONCEREXIA!
She slimmed down real quick for her role in Dreamgirls - but did Beyoncé really lose 20 pounds in ten days on the Master Cleanse diet - subsisting only on a noxious beverage of maple syrup, lemon juice and cayenne? The British press seemed to think so. (Related sub-rumor: was the Master Cleanse diet, in fact, a company-wide mandate handed down from Island Def Jam CEO Antonio "LA" Reid himself? Did Reid require all Def Jam employees, from prez Jay-Z on down to PR celebrity Gabe Tesoriero, to gulp down that concoction for two weeks like it was
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) would say so, having targeted Bey for rocking fur at Nobu. (Fur AND raw fish? Double trouble.) 5. VENUS IN FURS: BEYONCE HATES JENNIFER HUDSON?
Bey got shut out of the Oscar nominations. When J-Hud won the Academy Award Beyoncé allegedly believed was rightfully hers, the rumors flew that Bey was furious. As Beyoncé told Danyel Smith in the June issue of VIBE, there is "a typical rumor every single time I'm involved with any African-American female. Before I even meet them I already know the rumor, because that's just - it is what it is. It's society, and it has nothing to do with me… But what do I do? I've worked with Britney, I've worked with Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, and they don't start that. Whenever it's two black women - it's unfortunate." 6. IS BEY A BITER NOT A WRITER?
Beyoncé took some flack last year for her Video Music Awards appearance: some "pundits" found her performance suspiciously similar to Britney Spears' American Music Awards performance in 2003. Currently, Bey is presently embroiled in a lawsuit with soul singer Des'ree, for covering "I'm Kissing You", allegedly without proper permission. Further, while Ms. Knowles receives co-writing credit on most every song she records, some have accused her of not actually co-writing anything - or at least, not writing enough to earn a songwriting Oscar. 7. IS BEYONCE OUTFITTED FOR FAILURE? Beyoncé wore the same dress TWO MONTHS after Ashanti rocked it. This is one of those tragedies we must accept in total silence. 8. IS BEYONCE A MESS IN THE KITCHEN?
Seriously, though, "BEYONCE CAN'T COOK!" is the most ridiculous of them all. If we had her schedule and her paycheck, would we even look in the general direction of the kitchen? Hell, no. Seriously, though, we heard she likes vegan ice cream bars Tofutti Cuties for a late-night snack. That's just what we heard. (What do you think, PETA? Seriously though.) Beyonce is an excellent entertainer and I will give her that. However she is not as innocent as she portrays.She has not given her song writers as much credit that is deservered and how ironic is it that J-Hud was not invited to her Grammy party? It was also rumored that she knock Kelly spot off this month's cover of VIBE. It that's true, what type of person is she? Friends come before fame, right? I hope that these are just rumors, but it not... It just goes to show you that everything that glitters is not gold. I'm not taking nothing from her, but yes she needs to get her on style and stop HATING on others. Seems like a case of low self esteem.

i think its psycological, its her act that people are fallin' for.
People hate that they can't stop liking her becuase once they get away from her music they realize how nasty, and how its just calling boys in. she's Starting to take in more heartbreak songs. like "irreplaceable", it was sometime after people called her a video whore. People really don't like to imagine if she was not gorgeous, did not have sasha, and did not have matthew knowles.
would she be in the back of DC? Would her microphone not be as high? Would she not be a mean,or arrogant as she was when I met her? I'm no hater but the way people like her then hate her like her is very interesting.
But what i don't like is how she be sellin sex, and acting like sasha instead of herself. Check out the "Suga Mama" and "Kitty Kat" videos
i met her with 7 other people and she's not as nice as i thought she was, interviewers know that. That's y interviewers, like to expose her with their tough questions

The extent to which people keep B's name in their mouths,image in their heads, and songs in their iPods, is a testament to her greatness. She is highly influential...good or bad (mostly good). Whether you like her or not, she is a wonderful role model, beautifully talented, and making her mark in music history. I certainly appreciate what she contributes to the music and style world.
