Beyonce is my girl; but I was seriously bamboozled into buying this trash. This is definitely not her best and I have all of her CDs (play them around the clock). Single Ladies & Diva are the only 2 songs that I like.

Plus, it is just me; or am I missing about 20 minutes? I paid $13.99 plus tax for roughly 41 mins.

This reminds me of Missy Elliott's The Cookbook CD. If I ever meet Missy face to face, I've definitely asking for my money back.

I'm now awaiting my girl Keyshia...hopefully, she'll come through!

I liked her on sNL . Face it she us a beautiful Woman. I like her when she Opens up to her full power rather more than we she turns it down. ".....BOY " pick up at the end when she really raves it up. SNL was the best of many televised Live reads of this song I've seen. And yes I check for all of them. That said, I dont know about this album successwise. It aint great!

i agree...i like Beyonce, but i thought it was cute the way she'd say she'd be a different person onstage and her stage persona is SASHA in opposed to Beyonce, but now it's turned into a gimmick. a marketing ploy, and she shouldn't need that shit.

Now she's doing interviews at two different "people" and doing some videos as Sasha and some as Beyonce...(This reminds me of that whole TI vs. T.I.P. thing)

I'm a huge Beyonce fan, but I have to be honest this is not her best work. Dangerously in Love was the best and B'day a close second, but I don't like Sasha Fierce. I feel the first part is boring, and Sasha's part is too popish and does not sound too different. I think she put too much then she needed to and got to involved with this sasha character. Let's be real, She is Beyonce. That's her name and who she is, not Sasha.

no, shan, a REAL fan will tell the truth about their favorite artist no matter what...im a big Janet Jackson fan, and i can admit, although her last three cds have been good in my eyes, they dont compare to the Velvet Rope or All For You..she needs JJ& TL.

Beyonce is not different..her first album was hot....then B'Day was good as well...but this cd does not compare to it...it may grow on me since it is catchy (which is how a lot of her songs are) but its still not a great cd, or compilation.....it just sucks that she can spend a year on this cd and produce things i feel are not her BEST...but then spend like three-weeks on B'day and it's damn near her best work to date...

First of all, I want to say Beyonce I Love your new cd and everything that you do. I think the sound on this cd is different, slow, catchy, and unique. I also love the fact that you rapped a little bit to give us something different. For those that has something negative to say you haters need to sit down and get a life. People forever want to judge someone for doing what the hell they want to do. A real fan will like what you produce no matter what and that's all that matters. Please remember, the reals fans keep you in the game and the haters continue to do what they do, talk shit and judge everyone else.

Actually I had very high expectation from Beyonce. She claims she is in a very Happy place in her life (I would be too. If I was married to the hottest rapper in the game), but her music doesn't reflect this place that she is supposed to be at. Now, single ladies is my jam, but honestly it sounds like it should have come from someone younger and NOT married. Which bring me to my next point, I was expecting a little more tact from a married woman. B, there is no need for you to be pu**y poppin' in the video. Alicia Keys is great because she take time to live her life and is able to come back with amazing music that you can relate to. Mary J has evolved over the years and her music has followed suit and that is all because of her life experiences. It seems as though Beyonce is scared to take a break. I just want her to sit down and really enjoy life and then come back with some amazing music. As for the songs that I have heard so far I am really not impressed....But I still am going to buy the album because I am a fan.

She is gifted at finding a song with a catchy beat, a good hook, but doesn't she take time to think that maybe this song sounds like that song?? I mean..Single Ladies sounds just like Get me Bodied!! Where is the Originality??? We all know that sex sells, but as a woman, why would you want people to only respect you because of your sex appeal? Beyonce is a beautiful, smart, wealthy, black woman who is married to one of the best that ever did it...but she needs to tap into something else. I can't put my finger on it, but this is not it!!

When I first heard Bey had 70 songs, I knew at least 65 of them would all sound alike, or like all of the other songs she does. Listening to these previews, I can see that I was right. I think Beyonce needs to have Jay-Z some babies and sit back and enjoy what she has accomplished thus far because her music and acting skills are not hitting on much of nothing!! Just my opinion.....

and Sweet Dreams was unfortunately leaked out early this year but they called it "Beautiful Nightmare"...I guess the issue comes from the idea that she made over 70+ songs for this album....and its IIGHT....but it compels to B'Day...but then again, people hated on B'Day before it came out and it sold well....

WOW! This is really Bad! Beyonce has yet to make the Cd worthy of her Talents. She needs to get with Shek'spere or Ryan Leslie and let them do the whole cd or split half. And what with the Hand clap beat songs: Single Ladies', Upgrade You, Freakum dress . It isnt like these are huge hits for her either. Beyonce is coasting on her image and style but how long will she kep making spotty cd's?

The tracks you've posted are the best from the album with the exception of "Brokenhearted Girl", which is by far the best. Beyonce’s alter ego may be something of a fierce nature, but this album certainly is not. I think the downfall is primarily the content. Her music hasn’t evolved much, and therefore we get an album of stale content and failed attempts at originality. It appears that Beyonce hasn’t really taken time to experience new things or embrace new perspectives to feed her songwriting energy. A hiatus could be just what the doctor ordered for Beyonce.
