Aiight, so we’ve gone St. Paddy’s day happy. (Hey, it’s evergreen – HA! And look it up.) But because we aren’t the only ones who appreciate a good hook (get it? Get it? Ahh, nevermind), Boston-based b-boys, House of Pain, have hooked up with adidas and the folks over at Concepts (37 Brattle Street, Cambridge, MA 02138) to drop the limited edition Campus 80 House of Pain (what it looks like, below). Only 1,500 pairs will be released (sounds familiar) and the group will be swinging by Concepts this afternoon to make an appearance promoting the whole project. But it doesn’t stop there!
Because Ultimate Fighting Championship president Dana White is a big fan (he’s the UFC president), and he’s friends with HOP frontman Everlast, the group will be reuniting live on stage tonight at the Roxy, performing together for the first time in over ten years. Now that’s how you have a raptastic St. Patrick’s Day. (Well, that or you swing by the shoot for OJ Da Juice Man’s “Make tha Trap Say Aye,” and holler at OJ and Gucci Mane, but we digress…) Anyhow, if anyone makes it out to the show, hit us up on twitter at our Twitter and let us know if HOP still has what it takes to make you jump around.
