Five jams you should be listening to now

Yung L.A. feat. Ricco Barrino: “Futuristic Love (Elroy)” from the forthcoming Futuristic Leland (Grand Hustle/Interscope)
“I think I wanna Elroy you, so come sex me.” Yung L.A. has officially lost his mind.

Ace Hood feat. T-Pain and Akon: “Overtime” from the forthcoming 4 Aces (We The Best/Def Jam)
Ace is actually a bit better than the world has been willing to give him credit for so far, but these big, swinging anthems keep gobbling him up. He needs something slower and quieter to show us what he can really do.

Sharam feat. KiD CuDi: “She Came Along” from the forthcoming Get Wild (Ultra)
CuDi exercises his warp speed flow over a haunting Patsy Kilne sample, courtesy of club king Sharam.

Jadakiss: “Pain & Torture” from the forthcoming The Last Kiss (Def Jam)
Kiss lets some more menacing raps loose. Apparently he’s “the author of slick talk, pain, and torture.”

Kid Daytona feat. Amanda Diva: “Lately”
Kid Daytona bounces with Diva over this jazzy cut, reminiscent of Kanye West’s production on Common’s “Chi City.”
