Lately, Detroit hasn't been one of the most sought after travel destinations, but leave it to Eminem to give us a reason we want to be in the Motor City. Tonight, in honor of Marshall’s brand new album, Relapse (Shady/Aftermath), which was released today. Included in the festivities, VIBE held the grand finale of its Number One Stan freestyle competition in Eminem’s hometown.
VIBE’s Senior Editor, Benjamin Meadows-Ingram was in the house, twittering live from the show, which included the final battle between Number One Stan Finalists, D. Stephens and Daphya. The night was capped off by a historic performance from Eminem himself, who ripped through brand new songs from his latest album and a couple of classics.
