Overnight sensation Ke$ha now tops yet another chart just one week after ending Jay-Z's reign on the Billboard Hot 100 ("Empire State of Mind"). According to iTunes, Ke$ha's hit single "Tik Tok" tops its latest top-10 selling singles chart, for the week ending Dec. 28. Followed by Iyaz's "Replay," Ke$ha's "Tik Tok" accompanies Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance," Jay-Z's "Empire State of Mind," and Owl City's "Fireflies" in the top five.

New Jack Swing pioneer and Blackstreet founder Teddy Riley is denying reports that he assaulted one of his daughters, claiming the allegation is the result of a financial dispute. Riley's 18-year-old daughter Taja filed a temporary restraining order against her father, claiming that she and her older sister were stomped and punched. The Los Angeles court filing also states that Teddy Riley allegedly threatened to kill them while swinging a Rock Band video game guitar.

Nick Cannon has tapped “Hood State of The Union” hosts Lil Duval and Charlemagne Tha God, for their own MTV show appropriately called “Hatin.” “It’s like Wild ‘N Out meets Best Week Ever,” Charlemagne, a former radio personality for Philadelphia’s 100.3 The Beat told VIBE. “Hatin” is a spin-off of the comical webisode “Hood State of The Union,” which features Charlemagne and comedian Lil Duval bluntly commentating on urban entertainment.
