DJ Envy and The G-Unit- Bad Guys Mixtape

With the exception of R&B singer Olivia, The People’s Choice DJ Envy gathered the entire G-Unit for this 29-track disc. While the compilation is heavy with tracks from Mobb Deep, Envy does an suitable job including cuts to feed the streets’ insatiable hunger. “Cake,” by Lloyd Banks featuring 50 Cent has the G-Unit’s lyrical Boy Wonder begging for extinguishers to follow him in the booth: right "Yayo gotta temper and he don’t know how to act/And I’ve been gone a Winter/ But now a ni**a back to get the all the, all the, all the, all the… Cake, " Banks warns on the track. Later Envy takes it to the clubs by snatching an all-Queens collabo of Banks featuring 50 and the self-proclaimed G.O.A.T. LL Cool J on Keep It On The Low. Peep LL’s verse: “My six-pack alone cause grief, cats hatin’, but I’m still in the Oldsmobile sitting on Daytons/Still keep the fiber-optic trunk vibrating/Pack the club like sardines/The young things is fainting,” LL spits with his classic swagger. The People’s Choice also manages to put a serious Mase back in Harlem World with an exclusive freestyle over Kanye West’s, "Hey Mama" instrumental: “Can’t front I invented the bling thing/No King of N.Y./I’m King of Kings/Y’all can keep dollar sign/Name me ching ching/Bulletproof Ferrari, all you hear is ping, ping,” Mase spits.
