Review of Mandela

Step Up Movie Review
The story has been told before: boy meets girl; boy tries to impress girl and is miraculously successful; boy gets girl; boy breaks girl’s heart; boy manages to get girl back by convincing her that he messed up; they live happily ever after by the time the credits start rolling. Despite this cliché fairytale that most teenage, pop-culture driven films revolve around these days, encompassing the element of dance adds an entertaining twist that anyone with rhythm can appreciate. Touchstone Pictures’ Step Up certainly adds that entertainment component, but still lacks in creativity and originality. ... (read more)
