It’s been a weird couple of weeks for Shad Gregory Moss. On the heels of
his training-bra-snapping ditties with Omarion on their recently
released double-up album Face Off, the 20-year-old has been in the news
lately for more than lyrically romancing your kid sister.
On Dec. 7, the news spread that the rapper had to be rushed off the
Chris Brown tour to the hospital for stress-related exhaustion. Then
word came that his ailment was actually an infected appendix. Come to
find out, it was his hand.
“The official medical reason is I lost a lot
of blood in my hand,” he told MTV. “I hit something and cut my hand. It
would not stop bleeding. I lost a lot of blood, went onstage, put out a
lot of energy, came off, got light-headed. I fainted, went to the
hospital, threw up and then they told me my white blood cells were
higher than what they're supposed to be.”
Hand trauma aside, Bow Wow has most recently moved into Rick James
territory, picking a fight with Rolling Stone contributing editor Toure
during a spoof interview gone wrong for BET’s Red Carpet. Check it out
