The Duncan photo depicts the Spurs star center with teammate Tony Parker pointing fake guns at the head of a man wearing a referee's uniform. The jersey says "Crawford" on the back, as in referee Joey Crawford, who has had numerous run-ins with Duncan in the past.

The Tim Duncan photo comes days after the Spurs were fined $250k after benching key players in a nationally televised game versus the Miami Heat. So far, no word if Duncan and Parker will face fines or suspension.
