Drake's OVO Links Up With Warner Bros.

Some big news from the land of Drizzy. It seems Drake's label imprint, OVO, has signed a deal with Warner Bros. Records. Billboard reported the news, which should be announced later this week.

Drake is signed as a solo artist to Columbia Records, but October's Very Own, or OVO, is his collaboration with longtime friend/producer Noah "40" Shebib. The OVO brand deals with music, clothes, and the OVO Fest, the summer concert in Toronto.

This is the second major rapper-backed imprint to link up with WB. Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group jumped to Warner Bros. in 2011, and released both Wale and Meek Mill's most recent albums.
