Wolfgang Gartner Will Spin At Spike TV's VGAs

No doubt, today's DJs/producers have turned out some of the best video game soundtracks, including Wolfgang Gartner who's contributions include the racing game Midnight Club: Los Angeles ("Squares" and "Montezuma"), snowboarding game Stoked ("Circles"), and as downloadable content for Activision's DJ Hero ("Wolfgang's 5th Symphony"). So it's only appropriate that he be rocking the booths at Spike TV’s 10th annual Video Game Awards (“VGA TEN”), turning the show into a pimped-out house party along with the show's host, Samuel L. Jackson.

Catch them, along with fellow special guests Linkin Park and Tenacious D, this today, December 7, at 9:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. PT on SPIKE TV and SPIKE.COM.

In addition to his VGA performance, Gartner has teamed up with Tom Staar on his latest single “Evil Lurks” out now on Ultra Music. The track sounds exactly like its title suggests—dark and spooky and filled with Wolfgang's signature twists and chords. Gartner has also recently launched “Kindergarten Radio,” a weekly radio show on “Evolution” (iHeartRadio), which airs every Wednesday from 9 p.m. - 11 p.m. EST.
