Los Angeles rapper Dom Kennedy hung out with VIBE backstage at his recent sold-out tour stop in Los Angeles, not too far from his Leimert Park hood. The West Coast rapper learned a thing or two making his latest mixtape, Yellow Album, which can be picked up here. As he preps his official debut Get Home Safely for 2013, DOM told VIBE about what went into making Yellow Album, featuring the cut "Girls On Stage," which he always puts a literal spin on during his live show.
