The West Coast's next crooner to carry on tradition recently inked a deal with Atlantic Records and blessed the 'Net with a new mixtape of 13-original tracks, Beach House. His "My Cabana" video helped the singer breakout out in 2012 and establish a fan base that spans across the globe.
